Elias Hafner is an Austrian composer who was born in Carinthia. He has been working as a composer for visual media and as a live musician since 2020, with a sound that combines classic and neo-classical music. Hafner has composed for various art projects and exhibitions, as well as his first two EPs, which grounded his sound. His debut album “Monument” was released in September 2023, together with Grammy Award winner Georg Luksch and the music label “Preiser Records.” Hafner completed his studies in media music at Jam Music Lab in Vienna in 2024. His most recent project is his second studio album, created once again together with Grammy winner Georg Luksch and Preiser Records. It is a concept work that contains collaborations with musicians from the “Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra,” the “Vienna Synchron Stage Orchestra,” and the “Volksoper Orchestra.” The album “A Rainy Day In Vienna” was released on the 20th of June and immediately jumped to first place on the Austrian Apple Music Classical Album Charts.
